TNCC PROVIDER COURSE

One and a half days of instructor-led virtual online classroom time with skills testing, an online exam, and required pre-course work. This option is for registered nurses. RNs are verified as a TNCC provider after successful completion of the course. This course choice is an ideal option for RNs taking the course for the first time and students with lapsed provider status. Contact hours are awarded if the RN is unsuccessful but otherwise meets the contact hour requirements. RNs will receive contact hours for completing the pre-course work and an evaluation and contact hours after completing the classroom time and evaluation. The total number of contact hours awarded for each course is 19.5 CNE Hours

TNCC Instructor or Director.
The TNCC Instructor Course is designed to prepare nurses to become a TNCC Provider Instructor.
To attend this course the nurse must have successfully completed the TNCC Provider Course and met specified criteria for consideration to become an Instructor. To attend this course you must be nominated by the course director and invited to attend. The Instructor Course places emphasises on appropriate teaching strategies as well as correct evaluation methods.
